Our ISO 7 cleanroom spans 2,000 m², with temperature, humidity, and airborne particulates constantly monitored to maintain stable conditions for precision molding.
Before production, raw materials are tested for melt flow and moisture. During manufacturing, we measure dimensions with CCD vision systems, CMM, and 2D tools. Measurement systems are validated regularly, and internal lab calibrations keep every batch fully traceable.
ISO 13485 Automated Injection Molding
Our 25 medical-grade machines ranging from 40T to 180T, including high-precision Sumitomo and Zhafir systems, use robotic automation and custom fixtures to ensure consistent results. We scale efficiently for high-volume projects while staying agile for specialized, low-volume medical runs.
